CUSTOMER POLICY / FULFILLMENT

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026

Production and transit estimates

Production and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed in writing. Lead time generally begins after final proof approval, receipt of required payment, and confirmation that usable artwork and specifications have been received. Carrier transit time is separate from production time.

Shipping charges

Freight, parcel shipping, courier, inside delivery, liftgate, appointment, residential, oversize, expedited, installation, and special-handling charges are included only when stated. Address changes, failed delivery attempts, storage, reconsignment, and customer-requested expedited service may create additional charges.

Delivery and inspection

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address, contact person, access details, and receiving hours. Inspect the shipment promptly. Note visible damage or shortages with the carrier at delivery, retain packaging, and contact us within 5 business days with photographs and shipment details.

Delays

TwelveSpec is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labor disruption, supply shortage, utility or network failure, government action, venue restriction, or customer delay. We will communicate known changes and make commercially reasonable efforts to identify alternatives.

Split and event delivery

Orders may ship from multiple production locations. Kitting, individual-address fulfillment, venue delivery, installation, and time-specific event delivery must be included in the approved scope. Someone authorized to receive the order must be available when required.
