Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information; project specifications; artwork and reference files; delivery details; quote, order, and payment-related records; account credentials managed through Wix; communications; and technical information such as device, browser, cookie, and usage data. Payment-card details are processed by Wix Payments or another payment provider and are not stored directly by TwelveSpec.
How we use information
We use information to prepare quotes, evaluate files, communicate about projects, produce and deliver orders, coordinate events and vendors, process payments, maintain accounts and reorder history, prevent fraud, improve our services, comply with law, and protect our rights. Marketing communications are sent only as permitted, and you may unsubscribe from promotional emails.
How we share information
We may share information with Wix and payment processors; production, decoration, fulfillment, shipping, event, technology, and professional-service providers; authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a business transaction. Providers receive only information reasonably needed for their work. We do not sell personal information.
Project files and confidentiality
Uploaded files are used to estimate, produce, fulfill, or support the requested project. Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, medical information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Confidentiality terms in an executed agreement or nondisclosure agreement control if they differ from this policy.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for business, legal, tax, dispute, security, and recordkeeping purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions, by contacting us. You can adjust browser cookie settings and unsubscribe from marketing messages. Texas residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Children and changes
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We may revise this policy and will post the updated effective date on this page.
